Which details are useful?
- The page address and the detail that needs correcting.
- A public fee schedule, official register entry or course page showing the relevant information.
- The fee, location, delivery option or course detail involved.
- The date the information was checked.
How can sources be compared?
Check that the sources refer to the same provider, qualification, study option and student group. A payment instalment is not a full course fee. A head office address does not establish a teaching location.
What should stay private?
Use public sources. Leave out identity documents, passwords, student records, payment details and private correspondence.
