What does this preview collect?
Article, advertising and partner forms are disabled and do not accept submissions. There are no accounts, analytics, tracking pixels or payment tools in this build. The optional homepage sound control stores an on/off preference in this browser. It does not transmit that preference. Sound waits for a Start sound action. The local server can record page requests. The public hosting configuration, logs and security services have not been audited.
What information would an enquiry need?
When a verified service is enabled, it would request your name, email and message or article text. Organisation, website and course details would be optional. Please do not include identity documents, payment details, health information or another person’s private information.
How would that information be used?
To respond to the enquiry or assess proposed content and discuss publication. Providing an email would not subscribe you to marketing. Enquiry emails would not be published. A proposed public author name or business attribution would be agreed before publication.
Where would information go?
This must be confirmed before the forms open: receiving services, access permissions, overseas handling and recipient countries, retention and deletion periods, backups, hosting logs and security measures. Submission records must never enter the public source repository.
How could I make a privacy request?
A verified privacy contact and process for access, correction, deletion and complaints must be provided before launch. Any identity check should be proportionate. Applicable legal obligations and external complaint routes still need review.
What needs approval?
The operator must approve the actual data flow and retention practice. A static website is not a promise that no technical information is processed. No online system is completely secure. An updated date will be shown when a final policy is approved.
